Greg Sever, Owner & Head Coach

I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals and build a body that supports the life they want to live. With more than 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with clients in a wide range of settings including group fitness, private one on one coaching, and three years inside a physical therapy clinic helping patients through rehabilitation programs.

This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to help people get stronger, move better, and train through the aches and limitations that often hold them back. I combine a holistic approach with technical knowledge of strength training, conditioning, and movement to create individualized programs that produce sustainable results.

Outside of coaching, I spend as much time as possible outdoors. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, trail running, and paddle boarding. I’m also an avid reader and believe strongly in lifelong learning. When I’m not training or exploring the mountains, you’ll usually find me enjoying a good cup of black coffee, preferably cold brew, and trying new foods and restaurants.
