Greg Sever, Owner & Head Coach

Greg is passionate about helping people achieve their goals on their own terms. He has been working as a trainer for over 13 years and is passionate about helping people realize their potential in the gym and in life. Having spent time training in group fitness, private one-on-one training, and in a physical therapy clinic for three years helping patients in their rehabilitation program, Greg is well versed in working with people from all walks of life and the pains and discomforts that plague them. His holistic approach coupled with his technical knowledge allows him to craft programs for sustainable results for his clients.

When Greg isn’t busy helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, he enjoys being active outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, backpacking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, trail running, or paddle boarding, he loves it all! He also enjoys reading, typically nonfiction, and considers himself a lifelong learner. You can find him sipping on a good cup of black coffee, bonus if it’s cold brew, and trying new foods and restaurants.
