The Process

Discovery Call

The discovery call is about finding out if I can help you. I use this call to get to know more about you, your goals and why they’re important, and what you're hoping to accomplish by us working together.

Assessment

This gives me a more thorough explanation of you and your body so I can address and correct it. Through a combination of the intake form, in-person meeting or zoom call, and in-depth movement assessment, I use this information to formulate your initial health and fitness protocol to help you stay athletic for life and doing the things you love.

Custom Program

Upon evaluation of all your information I craft a program that’s specifically designed for you. I provide education, guidance, and the program you need to become confident in your own body and abilities to stay athletic for life. The program is adjusted day-to-day and week-to-week based off the data collected to ensure the most effective and consistent progress and you never plateau.

Freedom

Individual goals may differ, but the outcome is the same. Freedom. This is a constantly evolving process where you apply the learned skills and we continue to adjust the program so you can live the life you want, free of limitations.

Athletic for Life

I create customized health and fitness programs based on you, your goals, and your unique situation. After the consultation and movement assessment, you receive workouts delivered in person or through your app with ongoing feedback, check ins, and video form reviews. Your program continually adapts to YOU. This ensures you are getting stronger, more conditioned, more mobile, and able to stay athletic for life.

Whether you want to ski harder, hike longer, lift heavier, chase your kids without getting winded, dominate weekend sports, explore the mountains, travel without feeling limited, or simply move through life with strength and confidence, the goal is the same. Chronic Pain Relief

It starts with an in depth consultation and movement assessment to identify limitations and the factors contributing to your pain. From there, I build a fully individualized program designed to restore strength, improve movement, and gradually increase your capacity so you can return to the activities you enjoy and live an active life.
