Discovery Call

The discovery call is about finding out if we can help you. We use this call to get to know more about you, your goals and why they’re important, and what is keeping you from living an active life.

Assessment

This gives us a more thorough explanation of your problem so we can address and correct it. Through a combination of our intake form, in-person meeting or zoom call, and in-depth movement assessment, we use this information to formulate your initial health and fitness protocol to get you back to do doing the things you love.

Custom Program

Upon evaluation of all your information we craft a program that’s specifically designed for you. We provide education, guidance, and the program you need to become confident in your own body and abilities. The program is adjusted day-to-day and week-to-week based off the data collected to ensure the most effective and consistent progress.

Freedom

Individual goals may differ, but the outcome is the same. Freedom. This is a constantly evolving process where you apply the learned skills and we continue to adjust the program so you can live a pain-free and active life, free of limitations.

Peak Health & Fitness creates customized health and fitness programs based on you, your goals, problems, and situation. After the consultation and movement assessment, you will receive workouts delivered to your app with constant feedback, check-ins, and video form checks. Your program constantly adapts to YOU.
